Everything is good except for the cleanliness huhuu, I stayed for a week and on the fourth day they asked for the room to be cleaned, which I thought would mean changing the sheets and towels. It turned out not to be, just light cleaning 💔

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, , , just a suggestion if there are guests coming in, clean the room again so it smells clean and check the completeness of the bathroom equipment

The room is nice and spacious for such a cheap price. There is a TV so you can watch movies. The bathroom is clean, but the soap and shampoo are lacking. The water sometimes smells a bit bad. But unfortunately there is no trash can in the room.

Located on the UIN Mataram campus, the rooms need to be cleaned, especially for spider webs. Otherwise, the rooms are in good condition and comfortable.

comfortable room..cold AC...nice bathroom..there is mineral water and water heater..staff is helpful...it's just a shame...3 times I've stayed here I've always found used soap and toothbrushes from previous guests...there was once a trash can in the room..or there was a trash can but there was still trash from previous guests...please be more careful...thank you...in general...recommended..

The hotel should be better, nice and comfortable for resting after arriving from the harbor, but the cleanliness is not improved! for the price and location it is very strategic,,,
