Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Nice room, quiet. The day I arrived, the internet had problems so check-in took a while, the drain was clogged so it drained slowly. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I booked on the app for 3 days 2 nights for 1,040,000 VND, which was quite a bargain. This is the room I received on the 5th floor with a small balcony and a view of The Manor building. The room was quite clean, but the bathroom, I don't know if the water pipe was clogged or something, but the water drained a bit slowly, but everything else was okay.

Spacious, clean room. Location is quite close to Hue Imperial City, convenient for traveling. Enthusiastic, friendly staff.

The second time I came to Hue, I booked a super nice hotel. The hotel is brand new, fully equipped, has a super delicious coffee shop downstairs, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the location is not too far from the center but seems to be in a new residential area so it is quiet and airy. My husband and I had a really comfortable trip here.

The room is spacious, the air conditioner is very weak and quite hot, the bathroom water is also weak like the air conditioner. The hotel is near the center, convenient location next to restaurants. The owner here seems difficult, making the staff and atmosphere uncomfortable.

Due to the schedule, I could only stay at Magnolia for 2 days, but as soon as I arrived at another place, I just wanted to go back to Magnolia🥲. The room design and decoration are super beautiful and spacious. The staff and the owner are always enthusiastic, lovely and gentle. The cafe on the 1st floor has super delicious drinks. Rcm everyone when coming to Hue should stay at this hotel, the room decoration is also very modern, beautiful, only the soundproofing is not very good. The advantage is that all rooms have windows and balconies, the view of the city is very airy Disadvantages: A bit far from the center, about 3-4km to the Imperial City, but close to Aeon Hue, next to the main road.
