I chose this hotel because it seemed new and had good reviews. However, I was disappointed from the moment I arrived. First, I couldn't get a connecting room, and it was on a different floor. The receptionist didn't even bother to inform me until I asked. The reason was that there were a lot of group guests, so it was full.
Then, my second disappointment was when I called the receptionist to ask if I could have breakfast to go, as I had to leave at 6:30 a.m. If it was possible, I would have ordered it for the two rooms I was staying in. The receptionist said she would pass it on to the restaurant or F&B and they would contact me later. I inquired again that evening, and the F&B was busy with work and didn't answer, and the receptionist said she would call me. I went to sleep and there was no call. When I asked again in the morning, they said it was possible as long as I'd notified them beforehand, even though I'd already informed them the night before. However, the receptionist on duty said there was no record of it.
Hopefully, this can be improved.
The best service was provided by the doorman, who promptly helped with loading and unloading luggage from the taxi.
Overall thus the hotel is okay but needs an upgrade on the service.
