It was a great experience, especially the food. It was delicious! The staff were friendly, both inside the hotel and the security guards in the parking lot. The hotel was safe and quiet. Suggestion: Make check-in and check-out easier and quicker.

The AC outside the room is very cold, maybe the central AC is coming into the room so I didn't turn on the AC in the room. But sorry because it might still be new for the toilet area, please pay attention and check again because it smells when wet, the rest is very good, including the staff, they are all friendly and nice👍

Almost all the food in the restaurant has been tried... Delicious delicious.....👍👍👍👍 The employees are all friendly, full of smiles from all the officers ☺️. The hotel is comfortable, clean... Clean, comfortable, very good service, friendly very happy to stay here because I have to graduate at smd, and I was right to choose this hotel. we stayed for 3 nights, only one thing that needs to be repaired is the drain in the toilet, please fix it because the water is very slow to drain so it stagnates, but for the rest everything is very good next time I go to smd I will stay here again. please maintain the quality of service and cleanliness. ❤❤
