I booked two rooms on November 1-2, 2025. The receptionist was friendly, the service was good, but the facilities were lacking (such as only one towel in the room for two people, and the family room also only had two towels for four people), very weak Wi-Fi, and only one soap bar for the toiletries, no toothbrush or toothpaste. There was no water, only tea upon check-in. Please pay attention to the facilities.
