We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing. Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back

Staff was awesome. Some say the staffs are rude but I beg to differ. I was shown awesome hospitality, especially during hurricane Erin. Everyone was working with a smile on their face like hurricane 4 wasn't a thing.

We liked the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the property was well taken care of, the cleanliness. We stayed in a the new building at a room with swimup pool , and the room was beautiful! We didn't like the limited meal options (2 restaurants onsite). The hotel seems understaffed because the meals always arrived within 45min+, and it's hard to accommodate to this delayed timeframe when traveling with kids. Also, limited breakfast items.

We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix. Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us. The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return.

Great quiet hotel recently built at proximity of the beach located in front of the reef. Walking distance from Somewhere, Jojos Cafe and the amazing Marine Room dining (unforgettable dining experience!)

The staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste. Went to Hemingways and the food was excellent!

The pictures don’t do this place the just due it deserves. The rooms are very spacious, up to date, yet cozy enough to feel like home away from home. The staff and property were top tier!!! Highlighted by our Butler, Garey. He and others went above and beyond, to accommodate us during our stay. As a Single, couple and or Family trip this is the place for you!!! 10 out of 10 I will be staying here again on our next trip to Turks!!!

The beaches and pools

The entire staff on property was very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Had a great stay at Windsong beachfront. Beautiful spacious room. Staff very friendly. Nice beach access. Had a great time! Would definitely recommend.

Property was beautiful and if you like to snorkle search no further this is your place. Facilities are great, has a honor cat for use and chairs places for you. Water available at the beach entrances, towel attendants. Pool was nice several hot tubs for use. Plenty of resort lounges, hammocks etc! Rook top bar with bartender Wylder was always a hit.

Windsong is the place to be!!! First of all everyone is sooooooo friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, very clean. It looks brand new. It has a whole kitchen minus an oven. Even has a washing machine. Stocked with a high-end blender and cups for making smoothies. Utensils and cutlery. Very elegantly decorated. The tvs in the room has a fire stick which is convenient bec you can log in to your own Netflix or Disney+. It felt like a high-end hotel overall. Things I didn’t know- it’s better to rent a car than to taxi around everywhere. However, driving is on the opposite side of the road. I visited with my best friend and we chose to dine out every night. A taxi ride for us would range from $12-20 each ride. So that became a bit more expensive where a rental could make more sense. **side note- Hookum crab shack is like 4 mins away and worth going to for authentic food** This hotel was amazing with peaceful waters and great service. What I will say this place lacks entertainment like you typically find in an all-inclusive type of resort. But we didn’t mind it. Having a peaceful stay was worth it.

Two words; a dream! Our stay at The Windsong surpassed our expectations! The resort was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the views were breathtaking but what made our trip most special was two people, Garey, resort butler, and Wilder, our rooftop bartender! Through them, we experienced the heart of the island; pure kindness, care and connection! My husband and I will never forget the way they treated us and we will 100% be back! Also, Wilder makes magic behind the bar! I highly recommend letting him get creative, his drinks are so good they should be named after him! The resort was the perfect size, not too big but not small, which gave us the blessed opportunity to have more personable experiences as well as enjoy the beach without crowds. While we will definitely be back, the only opportunity I see to further improve the resort is to elevate the food a little more, it was good but not great. This had little impact on our trip though as there were some amazing restaurants close by. I highly recommend this resort for a beautiful experience in Turks & Caicos!

Wonderful property, on the best stretch of beach in Providenciales. The rooms are very spacious, and amenities are good.

Wonderful resort! We stayed at the newest at the newest building. Full kitchen with every appliance, pots & pans and utensils. Loved having a washer and dryer. The water front room was perfect. Wished the hot tubs on the 6th floor worked but other than that we loved it!
