Yesterday I stayed here because I watched Blackpink's concert, the hotel is strategically located near the MRT, the service is friendly from the security guard, check in is also fast, I can even enter the room before the usual check in time even though there was a slight miscommunication regarding the tent, it should have been an extra charge but it was free. Thanks to Mbak Nathalie and Mas Vincent who helped me during my stay there 🩷 breakfast is also really good, not too many types but the food is delicious and the staff is very alert.. Thank you Le Meridien 🩷

The hotel staff was very friendly, and our room was upgraded by a member of staff (I forget his name, if I'm not mistaken, Mr. Fuad/Faisal). The room was very comfortable, and the service from check-in, dining in the club lounge, to check-out was friendly, informative, and efficient.

My stay at Shangri-La was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s friendliness and warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. Everyone I encountered was not only polite but genuinely helpful and informative, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel offers a generous amount of complimentary amenities, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. My room was spotless, with impeccable attention to cleanliness throughout the property. Check-out was smooth and efficient, allowing me to enjoy my last morning without feeling rushed. Overall, Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation, a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Nice place for staycation with family

Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and the room was ready at 3:40 PM. We had to upgrade because we were given a city view room. The staff were all friendly. Customer service responded quickly to any questions you had, and the breakfast options were extensive. Thank you, Le Meridien.

Always a pleasure to stay at Le Meridien Jakarta 👍🏼👍🏼 the hotel is always well maintained, the staff is friendly, etc. are all ok, especially the weekend package with late check out and lunch/dinner options, it's amazing! The only thing lacking is the parking lot which is too small
