The special exhibition will provide visitors with a unique immersive experience, allowing them to relive the historical moments of BTS's step-by-step towards success. Carefully designed and created by the Korean team, the exhibition allows visitors to explore the past, present and future of BTS members through photos, videos and experiential installations, and take an immersive visual journey to the music world of BTS. About BTS

BTS is the abbreviation of "BangTan Sonyeondan", as well as "Beyond The Scene". Since its debut in June 2013, it has captured the hearts of millions of fans around the world (official name as ARMY). BTS members include RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, who have gained international recognition by their outstanding music composition, superb and steady live performances, and close interaction with fans. With all these, the group becomes one of the biggest, record-breaking boy band of 21st century.

Remarks [Admission Arrangement]

1. After a successful appointment, the admission QR Code will be sent to your email address, and you can use the admission QR Code to verify your entry on the day of use

2. A QR Code is issued for each order, corresponding to the number of tickets purchased, and visitors of the same order needs to be admitted together. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to enter the venue. Visitors must present the confirmation email or the QR Code on the voucher (printed or electronic version is acceptable) when entering the venue.

3. Each QR Code can only be used once, and there is no secondary admission. All visitors from the same booking must enter the venue together. Any lost time due to departure will not be made up.

4. Each session of the exhibition lasts 60 minutes, and the deadline for ticket sales and admission for each section is 10 minutes after the start of the session.

5. The organizer has the right to temporarily close individual exhibitions according to the situation without prior notice, refund or compensation.

6. There is a maximum number of people in the venue, and participants may need to wait in line for admission and registration.

7. In order to protect the safety of the public, all visitors must abide by the entry rules and guidelines of the organizer and venue staff. Violators will not be able to enter the venue and no refund will be given.

8. Based on safety considerations, if a visitor is unwell, has a fever, catches a cold, vomits, or shows symptoms of an infectious disease, the organizer and venue staff have the right to refuse entry to the venue.


[Information for visitors]

1. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the venue, and food or drinks are not allowed to enter the venue. If the brought food or drink stains the venue facilities, a cleaning fee of HK$2,000 will be charged.

2. To avoid accidents, please do not bring any luggage with wheels, strollers, umbrellas, selfie sticks, dangerous items and animals into the venue.

3. Visitors must take good care of their belongings. The organizer will not bear any responsibility or provide any compensation for any loss or damage in the venue.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the visitor undertakes to the organizer to compensate the organizer for any losses, expenses, claims and responsibilities that may be incurred by the organizer due to the visitor’s damage to any items in the venue in any way.

5. In order to ensure the safety of visitors, a closed-circuit television monitoring system has been installed in the venue.

6. If the ticket is not purchased from the organizer or its authorized distributor, the ticket holder will be refused entry and sent to the official for punishment.

7. If a typhoon signal or rainstorm warning is issued on the day of the event, please pay attention to the official website for corresponding arrangements.

8. Tickets and related service fees sold by any means are non-refundable or exchangeable, and cannot be resold.

9. The organizer reserves the right to change or revise the content and arrangement of the event for any reason, without prior notice. Tickets sold and related service fees are non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

i. When visitors purchase tickets to visit the "BTS EXHIBITION : Proof in HONG KONG" event (hereinafter referred to as "the event"), they need to provide their personal information (including name, phone number and email address) to the organizer (hereinafter referred to as " personal information").

ii. Due to security reasons, personal data may be disclosed or transferred to the owner of the event venue (hereinafter referred to as "the owner") and/or its group companies.

iii. If the visitor fails to provide personal information, the organizer and/or the owner may not be able to approve the visitor to participate in the event or enter the venue of the event.

iv. The organizer collects personal data from visitors in the ordinary course of its business operations.

v. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

a. Process registration and reservations for visiting the event;

b. Satisfy the security and staff requirements of the venue of the event;

c. Provide the owner with the necessary information to enable visitors to gain access to the venue for the event;

d. To operate the services provided to visitors;

e. To promote the services and products of the Organizer and/or its agents; and

f. For the organizer's operational purposes and statistical analysis.

vi. The organizer will keep personal data held by it confidential, but the organizer may disclose personal data to the following parties (although their business location may be located outside Hong Kong):

Agents, contractors or third-party service providers who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, data processing or other services to the Organizer in connection with the Organizer's business or the operation of the Event; any other persons under a duty of confidentiality to the Organizer and those who have promised to keep their personal information confidential, including affiliated companies of the organizer;

Any person to whom the Organizer is obliged to make disclosure under any statute, rule or court order binding on the Organizer or the guidance of a regulatory body to which the Organizer is subject; Companies selected for services or information of interest. Personal data disclosed to the above-mentioned persons may be disclosed  in part or in whole by the above-mentioned persons in Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong for the purposes of paragraph v.
