Pacific Airlines Joint Stock Company (Pacific Airlines Joint Stock Aviation Company), previously known as Jetstar Pacific, is the first low-cost airline in Vietnam, based at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With the operating criterion of providing cheap air tickets every day, Pacific Airlines currently operates passenger and cargo services to domestic destinations of Vietnam and some international destinations by fleet modern Airbus. Vietnam Airlines currently holds 98% stake in Pacific Airlines.
Pacific Airlines currently operates a fleet of 18 modern Airbus A320 aircraft, with extensive flight networks connecting many famous cities and destinations in Vietnam and abroad. The Airbus A320 can carry 180 passengers within Australia and New Zealand and on flights within Asia. It offers the widest cabin of any single-aisle aircraft in the sky.
The A320 is a proven and reliable aircraft with low operating costs, which means more savings for our customers. It also has the lowest fuel burn, emissions and noise footprint of any aircraft in its class.
From 0:00 on July 29, 2020, Pacific Airlines officially migrated to the Passenger Service System (PSS) reservation system by Saber (USA) when conducting the regular flight schedule. The company also migrated to a new website at www.pacificairlines.com.vn from July 31, 2020. All Pacific Airlines flights operate codeshare with Vietnam Airlines and are displayed under VN6xxx flight number.
Passengers who buy Pacific Airlines tickets will complete check-in procedures at Pacific Airlines counter together with baggage check-in and other standard services. Pacific Airlines has just completed converting its ticketing & booking management system from Navitaire to the new US Saber system, to operate more efficiently, together with Vietnam Airlines, on bookings, flight networks and customer support.
Due to the recent migration to the new system, some features such as the check-in kiosk and web check-in are still in the process of integrating into the central system. Passengers flying on Pacific Airlines domestic flights at this time will use VNA's check-in kiosks at the airport. For certain domestic flights departing from Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, passengers can use Vietnam Airlines's web check-in service at:https://www.vietnamairlines.com/vn/vi/home

In order to increase the quantity of passengers, Pacific Airlines aims to be a low cost courier. By switching to Saber, a reservation system that has been in use by VNA for over a decade, Pacific Airlines and VNA will share the benefit from an integrated technology platform, which improves operational efficiency and brings convenience to passengers.

Show your e-ticket during check-in at the Pacific Airlines counter at the airport, or use it for self check-in (at the airport or online), to get your boarding pass.
