This property is showing its age. Just a little care and attention, particularly in public spaces and corridors would present the property much more favourably. During our recent stay packaging was left dumped on the floor at the end of the corridor for three days, room service items were not promptly removed and left the property looking shabby. The room was excellent and housekeeping did a very good job of servicing our room. However, the aging plumbing left us (and probably those in neighboring rooms) deafened every time we had a shower! We also found it unhelpful that shift changeover occurred right when a significant number of prebooked guests were arriving to check in. The queue was very long and some waited up to three hours to get access to rooms. The staff blamed attendees at an onsite conference not clearing their rooms by check out time.....This is a management problem not a problem for guests arriving after extended travel.....Management, lift your game. And finally, I've used this hotel now once a year over the past 6 or 7 years and the coffee machines have never managed to work properly in the breakfast restaurant. Don't you think it's time to throw them out? They are to complicated and unreliable..... Guests pay for decent coffee when they pay for their breakfast.

We had a long wait for check in but received an upgrade to the Pullman Hotel. Very comfortable room and very convenient for us attending a conference in the same hotel.

Bathroom facilities particularly tape ware in shower were dangerous for children. Hot water didn’t regulate well and increased in temperature frequently. Bins I. Car park were constantly full yes it was a long weekend but these are the things people notice.

Leaky tap flowing water all night accross floor from 3am. Hotel did not care when went to desk and then left till checkout at 8am. Room booked not available when arrived given alternative but single beds not 2 doubles Not book again

The staff we meet were friendly and courteous. Accommodation and facilities were clean and well kept Although, Parking was available was off-site at an extra cost.

Great stay! Close to everything

Location unique- missing small touches like water in the fridge and housekeeping missed making beds on day 1.

Reasonably priced overnight stay, nice choice at breakfast buffet, pool/spa/gym open quite late - was lovely to have a cool swim after a long and warm day! Room was clean and neat, quiet and comfortable - will stay again.

We checked if we had to book parking over the phone, got told no need, ask for price, got told free for hotel guests. After making our booking, the next day we rec6an email, saying parking was $25 per night, so I phoned the hotel again, yes that is correct, so whenI said I called the other day and was told it was free, apparently they have new staff and I was given incorrect information. Then I prebooked in to save time lining up to book in, only to be told once we arrived and waited 15 minutes to get served, that this hotel does not accept prebookings, seriously why waste my time, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and Pullman is off my list of places I will stay in the future, horrible customer service all round.

It as located convenient to my work whilst i was in Melbourne The staff were friendly and the room was veey nice.

It was a nice stay, quick check in, easy check out, good facilities in stay, responsive staff to request for assistance getting more pillows, and having an item printed. Very helpful and polite staff. Housekeeping clearly under pressure, table tops not clean in room, random teabag on floor. Surrounding area OK.

Aircon is very old Only one pillow supplied in your room Rooms need updating no usb sockets

The staff overall were lovely. Damir at Reception was particularly friendly and helpful. It was annoying to have an evacuation at midnight on my first night there, but very unprofessional of the hotel that there were no staff visible at all during the evacuation. So saying, I will return if needs be.
