Great value, super room with a spa and view over the harbour to watch the Spirit come and go. Dining was good and washing facilities were available.

Checked in for only one night. Catherine at reception was very helpful and cheerful. Stayed in a spa suite which was clean and spacious enough. Super comfortable King bed. Air con working nicely. Complimentary bottled water was appreciated. Excellent location for business or pleasure with free parking out back and easy access to room.

The hotel was fine. I dropped a star because I got 3 notifications telling me the it is required to contact the hotel before checking in on the day of check in, but those notification did not provide a way to contact the hotel. So I spend way too much time trying to figure it out. When, I finally got there, the girl said there is no reason to contact the hotel before checking in. This is just annoying bad management and communication. On the plus side, the place had a great gym.

As were travelling via the Spirit of Tasmania the the proximity was excellent and we could see the ferry from our window. The room was clean and bar and dining facilities were on the property.
