No clean service during 5 days of our stay. Bed (full size) is too small for 2 people. No mirrors beside a small one in bathroom.

It was okay. However, some staff members have to learn English. Also they must provide at least two pillows not one.

A great hotel / apartment. Located only 6 mins away from city centre zone 1. Great set up with ample space in the one bed room. Lots of facilities including great gym and washing machines and drier. Room could have had more ambience with photos and plants maybe as it lacked some sole.

Great location for my event!

Ecellent location to stay for any business trips to the Donau City area. Getting to Wien centre is also easy as there are two U1 station very close by. Great facilities and comfortable for a stay of a few days or even more. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. No cleaning service unless you stay for more than 6-7 nights which needs to be improved. One of the front desk lady was rude when asked about towels. Wanted us to keep using the same after 4 days. For stays of more than 2 nights a second set of towels should be provided. If the weather is bad this location is quite inconvenient as you have to walk a good 5-7 minutes from the train/taxi with no cover.

A great convenient, ideally located stay

The room is nice and clean. The price is great. But the staff at the reception is not very friendly and made me and my friend a bit uncomfortable. They do not attend to your need and do not offer much help. I will try other places in Vienna next time.

Great proximity to VIC and train and bus

Very poor accommodation experience I told the hotel that I would drive there, but there was no parking space when I arrived. They asked me to park outside without any explanation. They had a very bad attitude. It is difficult to park nearby. The parking fee is very expensive. The hotel staff told me it is 120 euros. I will definitely not stay again, the attitude is very bad In addition to parking, the accommodation is also quite difficult. Taiwanese people have tried it for you.

Not quite what it appears to be - it is more student dorm tahn apartment living, but was clean and comfortable

I was working in the Austria Center, so this was a short walk away for me. The bakery along the road was very convenient. Train station walking distance was convenient.

Very nice building. Has great view on higher floors. The cafe downstairs is cozy. The only negative thing is that there is a lot of construction going around in the area.

I was happy with this place. The price was reasonable and everything was in working order. Amenities were provided and that was a pleasant surprise.

It's more of an apartment than a hotel. I loved my view! And my room worked.

Overall it was fine and I will probably stay there again some day. The weakness is communication. I sent a couple emails days before check-in and did not get replies until after check in. There are 36 steps required to get from the main level to the entrance which would be a major pain for some people trying to haul luggage up the stairs. There is an elevator available, but it is around the corner and there is no sign that it is available or how to use it. I expected this, but did not find till after I got there that they only do housekeeping once per week. I was not sure till I arrived, but they DO provide soap, shampoo, and towels. The room was good with a stocked kitchenette, a large table, and a large shelf for suitcases. The bed was comfortable. The floor was very cold in the late Spring, hopefully it is heated in the winter. The only heat I found was a wall mounted radiant heater.
