I really like staying here. This hotel is very nice and clean. To go to the night market, we just need to walk about 15 minutes. The hotel's staff are very kind. I think I should stay in this hotel again for the next time I visit Siem Reap.
Far from downtown Food is not easy

Quiet clean cheap
This is a great little family owned motel/hotel the staff are quiet informative and speak good English anyone staying here should book tuk tuk through the front desk our guy mr. Kim was nice enough reliable . Rooms were clean and well furnished with Air conditioning , rooms were cleaned everyday ... unfortunately the property is opposite a volleyball gym which is quiet irritating there are lots of mosquitos aswell .....to sum it up you'd be hard pressed to find a better value for money place in Siem Reap the service was of a high standard with great rooms this is really a pocket friendly gem

Dirty cheap but surprisingly nice stay
When we were booking this one I thought that price was per night, when actually it was full 3-nights stay price. And it was already cheaper than our usual dinner. Surprisingly they maintain quite a decent quality for this money: AC, hot shower, TV, breakfast included, close to all the fun, free bike rent (not mountain bikes, but decent city bikes). Bed was OK too. Didn't expect it to be like in Sofitel, so in line with expectations. And they have this guy, Mr. Het, the tuk-tuk driver. We hired him for all 3 days when we visited temples. He is friendly and funny in a good way.

Nice family, bad WiFi
PROS - location: on a quiet street away from the "popular area". 2 minute bike ride to restaurants, 5 minute bike ride to night market and pub street  - free WiFi (although unreliable and slow most of the time) - linen and towels are included  - strong AC in the room - essentials are included. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, toothbrush, comb, cotton swabs - a tastey and filling breakfast is included - free each day: 2 water bottles, coffee, tea - TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, balcony in room CON: - really bad WiFi on 2nd floor. For the first week I was here, it worked less than it worked at all but after constant asking, what's wrong with the WiFi, they increased speed and bandwidth. It should be better now for you to use - many bugs on the floor. More than likely caused by the slight gap from the balcony door STAFF: - friendly and quiet, probably due to the language barrier for some but they were all willing to help anyway they could and always with a smile on their face. A very lovely family - there were 3 times where I asked for my room to be cleaned (where I even had the "Make up the room" sign on my door knob outside, but I came back and the room wasn't cleaned at all. A bit frustrating to go back down to ask for toilet paper and shampoo, but since there were only two housekeepers for the whole grounds, I sort of understood. MISC: - tours and transportation can be planned with reception desk (if you're going to hire a tuk tuk, I suggest adding for Mr So, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and charges less than other drivers) - free bicycles to use  Note: there is an open air volleyball club right infront of the property, and if you're in a room near the front (where I was) you hear the noise from the gym. A but inconvenient at 7 A.M.

Lovely family owners.
Our tuk tuk driver Kim picked us up from the bus and Apon arriving we were greeted with smiles all around . They offered advice about what we should do while in siem reap ,without being pushy. We hired Kim for our sunrise angkor wat viewing and they packed us a takeaway breakfast . Kim is a friendly and knowledgeable tuk tuk driver. Totally recommend him .

Comfy room
Free breakfast was provided with great portion. Staff were very friendly. We have stayed there for 4 days and the rooms were cleaned everyday including replacing the towels, water bottles and instant drinks. All the equipment and wifi connection in the room are working fine. It was a bit far from the pub street as it takes at least 15 minutes to walk there. There is tuk tuk available outside if too lazy to walk. There are mosquitoes around so make sure you close your door at all times!
