Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Rooms were okay. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee was delicious. The hotel is on a busy street so I often woke up to noise at 6am. Besides that everything was great, though the checkin counter agents could work on being more courteous to customers.

The room wa sokay but the bed was too soft and i tried asking the staff about changing the rooms but they mentioned all the beds are the same. I came to the hotel without neck and back pain but left with neck and back pain

Very close to the Eaton Centre. Was about a 20 min walk to the Scotiabank Arena. Only had parking for small cars. We unfortunately had a truck and had to park a few blocks away. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
