Isaiah Tubbs Resort & Conference Centre

Food from previous guest was laying around, our baby could have easily choked if we didn’t notice.

We wanted to love this resort but sadly it fell short and deeply disappointed us. My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway at the end of April and the weather was quite chilly. We booked a King suite with a jetted corner tub and the first thing we noticed was that unlike the picture shown in our booking the jetted tub was just regular bathtub size. Not suitable for two people. Next, the water was not drinkable which we had not been warned about prior to our stay and then we had no heat to our room and it was freezing. We called maintenance who graciously came promptly however could not fix the problem and gave us two space heaters (not safe to leave plugged in overnight). The space heaters kept blowing the breakers and we kept losing power. Finally we have no TV at all. There were no smart tvs in the rooms and the cable wasn’t working. Beautiful views, semi clean rooms, friendly Staff but a big letdown. When we asked to get some sort of a discount we were told the front desk staff could authorize it.

Just a beautiful resort to stay at so peaceful and tranquil excellent staff and well cared for.

Not the time of year to visit

It got a very good environment. But a bit dirty and there are some spider webs. Besides, the ventilation fan of bathroom is not working

The private beach is an excellent Advantage of this property. The room was quite clean and beautiful. Must visit if you are in prince Edward county.

My husband and i had a lovely weekend here. At our request, we were upgraded to a lake facing view which was absolutely stunning. The customer service was wonderful, the room waa very spacious and comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great property, it’s quiet and the beach is nice. There was no breakfast during the week days so needed to find a spot which wasn’t so close

There is a warning posted on all accommodation that there are unacceptable levels of nitrates and nitrites in the well water and people are cautioned not to drink it. The bed squeaked loudly with little movement. There was an unpleasant smell like detergent or paint and staff could not explain it. There was room for only one beside table in the bedroom.

This needs a multimillion dollar renovation. Old, worn and tired. Our room had spiders and roaches. Thankfully the sheets were clean.

The property is very dated. Some construction appears to be taking place but requires severe update. The furniture is old (not antique), the carpet was stained, the chairs were old and covered with slip-on covers not meant for that type of chair. TV set up was old and feed not working well. The beds were clean but other features lacked care. Blinds were dishevelled, dirty facecloth in a dresser, used coffee pod in the percolator; just small things that all add up to show not enough care taken to ensure a great stay or experience. I did not experience much of the rest of the property other than a brief walk to the water. The beach looked well groomed and the view from there was nice. I feel that the room and short stay experience did not reflect the very high price I paid for the room. My perceived value definitely was not in tune with the cost.

The property is very outdated. The pond area is filrhy. The hallway on upperlevel to our room was smelly and dirty. You could see into our room due to the curling blinds. This let the very bright hall light to shine into our room all night. The covers on chairare dirty. The best thing was the beds. Very comfy. Tge bathroom was clean. The shower head was on wrong and couldnt be adjusted. Dissappointed with the motel.

Great place to stick around a couple of days. Lakeshore beach is super close too

Situation exceptionnelle en bord du Westlake. Chambre avec kitchenette et patio donnant sur le lac. Confortable. Propreté correcte pas parfaite. Literie confortable. Cheminée à gaz très facile à utiliser et donnant une ambiance chaleureuse. Complexe agréable pouvant être très sympathique pour les famille. Idéalement placé pour visiter Dunes beach, outlet beach,etc

Nice people at front desk & at buffet breakfast. Really wish there was more food and drink options on-site.
