This hotel is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, is located near to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, the breakfast also is very complete, and the pool and view from the rooftop was perfect for our family trip.

El hotel a pesar de no ser nuevo esta bien mantenido, limpio y piezas/ baños muy cómodos. Lo único malo es que estuvimos en el último piso (7) y había ruido desde el piso superior (piscina) desde las 7 am. Esta muy bien ubicado para poder salir a caminar

The location of the hotel is perfect, just seconds away from Acapulco Beach, where there are no warnings not to swim and the sea is relatively calm. Sadly for me, the water is much too cold to swim in Vina del Mar. I feel bad not giving 5 stars but in one of the friendliest countries I have ever visited, this hotel stood out as the one I visited which felt very impersonal. There was no welcome at the door when I arrived, and save for the man who checked me out who was incredibly friendly and talkative, you were barely even acknowledged by anyone here. Rooms are very nice but there are no coffee making facilities and you only get free water on your first night, again unlike the other hotels I visited on my trip. There was one day we were told we would have no hot water from 10am to 7pm, so I avoided going to the beach that day, and another where WiFi and TV were turned off after 10pm, all without compensation. Not what you'd expect from a higher end hotel.

Thanks! All good, but my wife was mad at me because I had ice-cream after dinner and not her. But the hôtel was good, room was big enough we didn’t have to talk for all the night. The light to Read is too strong so again, when i want to Read and she wanted to sleep, she was mad. Bed is soft so be aware. Again. Wife was mad when i moved during the night. Thanks for hôtel service and car service. Very professional.
