Really nice hotel. Excellent area. Walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, the park.
There are 2 towers one is quite new. Try to get that one. The rooms are beautiful. I initially had a room in the older tower and while nice, was slightly tired looking. I moved to the newer rooms and it was amazing.
Roof top bar is nice quiet spot for drinks and dinner. Main floor bar and restaurant very nice
The price point of this hotel makes no sense to me... it's an excellent deal.

I had the "apartment" on the 6th floor all to myself. Brand new, like a home, everything there for a fabulous stay. I want to live there. This hotel is way beyond 5 stars. Dario the front desk lovely man was so helpful and kind. Must mention Jorge, the sweetheart who made sure I had all I needed, found time to assist in luggage and taxis with a genuine smile and caring.

Greeted by helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. Needed to go back to airport in morning to retrieve lost luggage, hotel arranged a taxi with a set price of 20$. The taxi driver spoke to baggage agent on phone in Spanish and walked us to the place to meet and pick up our luggage. He never left us stranded. Beautiful hotel, beautiful amenities, great staff, wonderful breakfast.

The room is brand new and stylish. The location is convenient. People were friendly and breakfast was nice. However the double blind in the bedroom didn't work so well. There was no blind in the bathroom so you could see the construction site across the street. Also there was no coffee or tea provided in the room, although it did come with a fully equipped small kitchen.

Room was super noisy, there are bars right next to the hotel and the room windows are huge - floor to ceiling on all walls. I don’t think they had double glass as I could hear every car o motorcycle passing by, people yelling in the streets and of course the music and people noise from the bar close by. They even put earplugs in your room so I believe they know about this issue.

My colleagues and I had an absolutely FABULOUS stay at Le Parc. The staff truly went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time, including opening up the rooftop pool for us to have an evening swim and giving us detailed advice for ways to navigate Quito during Santa Semana. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel. Extremely nice and almost fancy. Front desk was super helpful too and helped us lineup shuttles and tours. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too that was close to lots of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

They had 6 hrs to tell us in advance that they had a plumbing problem and could not offer us the room we had reserved until we arrived. They set us up at an inferior hotel in the area, delaying our check in by 45 minutes when time was a crucial element for us, and did not allow us the opportunity to find a different hotel of our choices as once we had arrived it was to late to exercise that option.

It was a nightmare! I arrived at 9:30pm and at the lobby told me that they were fully booked and no rooms! They provided me a room at the residencial area…but it was very cold I was freezing and I call the security who told me, he cannot do anything because he didn’t have any registration under my name….he called the lobby and they send another guy and they took so long to finally get me another room. On the new room was no TV because it wasn’t connected to the WiFi! They wanted to check for another room but it was 12:30am and I told him I was so tired! Anyway a total disaster
