Great staff- lovely room but shower kept flooding- otherwise definitely stay here again- we didn’t get to eat the breakfast as was getting ready for event- appreciated the slightly extended check out

Quite a cozy and convenient stay as it was close to Victoria station. I booked the double bedroom and it was really nice. reception staff were professional.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel room was clean. However, room was old and a bit beaten up. But I guess that is what to expect for the price!

The shower water was scalding with no way to turn it down.

Lovely place, the staff are really wonderful and welcoming. Very clean throughout. Room was very comfortable with a basic bathroom, absolutely spotless, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. Great location in a quiet area, Victoria station 5mins walk.

Only stay 1 night but it was excellent for what i need. Near the VICTORIA STATION and walkable to may restaurant, bars, coffee shops. The bed was very comfy.

The building is older and accessibility is tricky with luggage and a baby stroller, but the staff helped to bring our baggage to our room. The hot breakfast is absolutely wonderful- eggs cooked to order, bacon, and other delicious hot and cold options. Totally worth the reservation just for the breakfast!

Lovely B&B in Victoria, so spacious for central London and including plenty of personal touches (eg the fruit bowl). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast amazing value (never found anything as good value in the area!). Also quiet and the bed was comfortable. And very near to Victoria to coach station! Will definitely return!

Staff were lovely. Room was disappointing even for a budget stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. They did offer to move us the next day but as we were only staying two nights we decided to stay put. Breakfast was good but space limited and therefore we had to wait some time for a table. Lovely location, quiet street close to Victoria Bus Station.

I would definitely stay here again. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Clean. Only downside was smallish room and stairs. But most older homes turned B&B’s won’t have an elevator. It’s just the way it is.

Pleasant accommodations, excellent location

I stayed at this place in March 2025. The accommodation was unsatisfactory because of the following: 1. The day we arrived, they were still painting the wall in the hallway and the smell of the paint was very strong. We opened all of the windows in the room and had the fan on for the whole afternoon and evening, but when we got back to the hotel that night (around 9 pm) the smell was still very strong. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this wouldn’t be possible, but the problems were not rectified either. After we brought up the health issues of my friend, they let her switch to a different building the next day, but when we asked to also switch the next day, their response was “it is what it is.” 2. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, the light switches were not working, nails were sticking out from the door, wall, hangers, and hook on the door, and the gap underneath the door was so big, tons of light bled through. I had to put a towel at the door to prevent the light from leaking through. 3. The biggest issue that I had was the attitude of the staff. When we brought up the situation and tried to solve the problem, they were really rude and said that if we didn’t want to stay, we could move out, but at this point, it was 10:30 at night. I understand that accommodations have different standards in different countries, but for the price we paid, it wasn’t even to the basic standards of what we would expect fr

Lovely B and B with equally lovely staff. Perfect location.

The English breakfast made the whole experience. Fresh and customized. Gluten free options. Building needs maintenance amd updating but beds comfy.

The appointment itself was dusty and the kitchen drawers were dirty inside. The whole powerwork to all the accommodations was in our appointment- this was so noisy all night and day. The TV remotes didn't work for any of the TV's. It is very basic.
