If you are going to the eifel tower then this hotel is only a short walk to the destination and is practically on the banks of the river seine plentiful shopping opportunities within walking distance. the hotel itself was first class spotlessly clean with cleaning going on constantly. My only thing I didn't like was the buffet food which is never hot enough for my taste, but that's what you can expect from any buffet food anywhere. The breakfast options were plentiful but I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelettes while you wait.

Novotel Tour Eiffel was a lovely hotel. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room. Staff was accommodating when asked for assistance. Pool and sauna closed very early everyday and making a reservation was inconvenient and not actually necessary. Sparkling water was supposed to be available in the lobby but the taps never worked. Housekeeping staff did not replace coffee daily, but were very pleasant when asked. Easy access to the RER C, several busses, the M6, 4, and 10. Rental bikes right at the corner. If you don’t mind being in the 15th ARR it was a good room for a great price.

Good location, nice new building buffet breakfast was great and friendly staff, room cleaning needs more attention, room layout wasn’t very good toilet and bathroom was separate toilet don’t have a sink.
But overall price for all this good place to stay

Our train back to London was cancelled so we stayed an extra night in Paris. Novotel was a great place to land for family and me. We all agreed that when we return to Paris we’ll book here.

Location and exterior appearance of hotel is great. Services available are great, like restaurants, bar cafe, pool, baggage storage e.t.c. Disappointed with the room, small beds, uncomfortable pillows, tiny cupboard. To avoid plastic no water bottles given, could have provides glass bottles to be refilled and reused. Tea bgs, coffee sachets & paper cups were of sub standard. Overall rooms were of 2 star not of 4 star standard.

They gave us a room in 31st floor which there was no elevator to that floor. We had to take the elevator to floor31 and stairs to 31st floor
