I spent 3 hours for checking-in. The unit was replaced to another unit and it took so long time to be able to have he confirmation from the unit. No one available at the tower's receptionist at the time I arrived. Really disappointed and ended up finding another hotel at 11.30 pm.

Overall the place is pretty and the location is pretty good. Only when it came to the condition of the room the floor was dusty. The door also has no glass in the hole to look out.

Very disappointing we were told to wait more than 1 hour and no one met us in the flamboyant lobby plus the room we ordered. We called the concerned person not picked up and soiled the floor. Plus we have to pay 4000 Pakists per hour so you can imagine if we come out the next day.

I first booked an apartment with a bad management system like this. I booked the flamboyant tower basement apartment this afternoon. I just landed Jakarta at 16:30 I was then contacted by people from the apartment. I was asked. I want to check in at Barapal and then I say, I arrived at Basura around 5.30, then the person said. If he has to go to Pakubowono and I am told to wait until 7 o'clock at night. Because I can't enter the unit if I don't see it directly. I complained with him. I said if I cancel it then. Because it's not my business if he has to go to Pakubowo. I have already booked an apartment in Basura. but it's never been this complicated. I requested a deposit of Rp. 350 rb. what am I asking for? He said to guarantee the unit. Okay, I'm willing to pay. But the unpleasant thing is when I want to check-out the deposit will be paid back to my account at least 3 working days. And if I pay a charge check. I have to wait for him to check out.
