Thanks for the experience. The view is indeed beautiful. There's no tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast variety is minimal for a resort with a decent range.

The view is top-notch... As a suggestion, there's no water heater in the room, and coffee and tea aren't available. There's a water dispenser, but the gallon is only available upon check-in. From morning until check-out, it wasn't refilled... breakfast has very little variety for a fairly decent room price... From check-in, security wasn't very friendly in helping with parking, and when checking out, to make matters worse, our vehicle was hit from behind by another occupant's car.

This is my second time here. The place is comfortable and very family-friendly. I just want more variety in the food. 🥰

A great place to bring kids and family. It's extremely kid- and family-friendly. An attractive option besides the Puncak area.

Guys, I really recommend this place. The facilities are quite complete, there are basketball/tennis/round table courts too. There's a small river where you can bring the kids to play. And the view from every corner is beautiful.

Complimentary tea, coffee, or sugar were not provided in the room, nor was there a minibar or slippers. The water dispenser outside the room did not function properly, so we couldn't get hot or cold water. The pillows and mattress felt thin, and the surrounding area was quite noisy due to the lack of soundproofing between rooms, and even the sound of doors opening from other rooms could be heard loudly. Upon check-in, the staff was unfriendly and did not greet us. Furthermore, guests cannot order food from the resort restaurant, so they had to order from outside, which resulted in a long wait. Despite the relatively high price, the facilities and service felt inadequate, making our stay at 5G Resort less than comfortable.

Last night, we stayed at the same time as a gathering, so we couldn't get a room with a direct view of Mount Salak. Furthermore, the breakfast was lacking in variety. However, the service and cleanliness of the room were okay.

The view is beautiful, but the power often goes out. The TV channels are limited and the picture quality is poor. The sound of running or chairs scraping from above is clearly audible. There's no mini-chiller, and amenities are incomplete. The breakfast area is only on the balcony and isn't wheelchair accessible.

There's no water heater (kettle) in the room, so you have to get hot water from the dispenser outside. My room was on the third floor, and the water dispenser was broken. So, I went downstairs to the second floor to get some hot water. It turned out the water dispenser was out of stock on the second floor, so I had to go down the stairs to the first floor. Awesome. The AC in the room wasn't cold enough because the position and the PK size didn't match the room's size. Breakfast was pretty basic. There weren't many menu options, but the food was still pretty good.

The hotel is quite good for bringing family for the room size... but the facilities in the room are lacking only TV and AC... the view is nice, the breakfast food tastes good, there is only a lack of variety but the food tastes good...

Hi staff, first of all, I'd like to thank the friendly staff and the excellent check-in service. We were even allowed to check in early. *Room: Spacious, clean, just a little damp *Pool: Aesthetic, but it was cloudy yesterday (probably because it was a holiday week) *Gym: Unable to use *Olga's facilities: Billiards and ping pong are okay *Garden: Very good *Other facilities: Fishing pond, rice fields, basketball court (please renew the ball because it was flat), mini zoo. We don't know about the restaurant food because we didn't order from the restaurant. *Breakfast: If we were using the app, we'd get 4 people. Thank you very much, even though we were only in B2. but for bf this first impression AQ is a bit sad, I don't know because this is a hotel and resort specifically for gathering or what, when bf I chose the wrong restaurant... (main restaurant).. because it is specifically for guests staying in the corner, in the alley, for AQ it's just not comfortable. plus the food is not varied, the taste is not really my word.. (sorry) So it feels like being discriminated against. I really hope that in order to support the facilities that are already okay, it would be better if hotel guests are not allowed to mix with SM who are gathering.. provide a more suitable place LG. ex: near the ping pong area and the lounge table... it's better there... even though you can't get a view.. at least not in the corner like a stepchild (sorry). but in my experience, I have stayed at a resort hotel several times with SM who are also gathering.. our food is still the same.. or if you want to differentiate it (whether because the gathering price is more expensive so it is specialized or what) please give me a more comfortable space. Please also upgrade the food.. if you don't want to add a menu, it's okay, but please pay attention to the taste... I have also stayed at a hotel with a total rate of around 600 (hotel + resort - which is only 500 less) but they pay attention to BF. It's like going to a wedding, sis... the food becomes the vantage point, not just the view 🤣🙏 By the way, my stay totaled 840,000 Rupiah. BF: fried rice, noodles, fried chicken, cereal, white bread, tea and coffee, and—just a plate—uncooled cut fruit, plus mung bean porridge that tasted like boiled mung beans. check in check out process is fast,,,clean spacious room,nice view hopefully in the future the hotel will provide an electric kettle in the room, because it is also troublesome for those who bring babies or small children when making milk at night have to go out of the room to get water from the dispenser provided by the hotel outside the room🙏🏻

Friendly staff, stunning mountain views all around, and the view from our room was unbeatable. Spacious and comfy room — perfect for a family stay!

Recommended hotel to get a Lembang ambience yet travel nearby just in Bogor side. Cozy place, a room for 4 person, nice cold weather, beautiful mountain view. The pool is also nice. Good food at the resto. They also provide hot water in a dispenser at the hall way (corridor).

It's quite refreshing, exiting the toll road only takes 10 minutes to the resort. So you don't have to be stuck in traffic for a long time.

first time come check in ask about the facilities, because we stay here because of that, there is billiards and ping pong turned out can not be used because it was closed with the reason there is a request that I am not clear from who?, our children have brought their equipment but it's useless can not be played ... we are other visitors who should be able to use this facility because we are also guests.. please make an evaluation.. because every guest who stays will definitely consider what facilities are in the hotel. thank you.

Anyway, satisfied. Next time I'll come back and bring my family again 🥰
