2 Stars Hotels in Berastagi, Karo Regency

Room is clean and comfortable, just the pillow is too thick (superior type room) that makes the sleep uncomfortable, I got kind of neck stiff in the morning. Room is facing the outside (not pool) and we can hear the noise (motorcycle speeding) from outside at night. Went there on ramadhan but hotel still providing the breakfast (good point) with the complete variety as usual even it is Ramadhan. The less satisfaction experience is just the"games station"is closed (my kid is expecting to spend times playing games).

I stay 1N2D superior is big but the door is very difficult to closed, and the sink need to change as the water go everywhere, breakfast are good. It will be nice If they add some tour or more information so traveler got some information to go.

Still new property, nice. Breakfast simple, and just opposite of Mikie Funland.

The room is very dirty.. spider everywhere, No water, in-delicious breakfast, no mineral water at room, dirty bed cover.. really completed

The location is excellent. You are across the street from a very good restaurant. To the left, about 300 meters, is another good restaurant. The room itself was great but two issues: I had to ask to turn on the water heater each time I showered; And mosquitos were everywhere in my room.
