4 Stars Hotels in Blok M, South Jakarta

It ' s not my first time. I often stay in this hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and I love their room fragrance/scents, their staff especially Pak Syam-very polite, good attitude, friendly, helpful, give excellent service. Provide every single thing I requested. Thanks Grandhika Hotel. The bigger/more spacious car park space will be better (perfect).

Quiet, clean room. Older style like marble floors, wood panelling, and towels/bedsheets are on the older side but clean. I had a peaceful few nights in a very comfortable bed. There were amenities like a hairdryer and bedroom slippers, a large desk for working at. Excellent location in South Jakarta, there are affordable eateries nearby including the Lucy Compound and Blok M. Very satisfied. The massage at the spa was nice until the masseuse used her dirty hands which had massaged my feet to also massage my face. That was an unpleasant end to an otherwise enjoyable massage.

This hotel has good location which near to Blok m MRT station and local culinary, however the service need to be improved. They didn't provide key card due to system problem and it tooks 3 nights (I think more) so everytime I want to my room I have to wait them to assist me to get to my room. Secondly, they didn't provide buffet breakfast, the breakfast was served by individual plate with simple menu, while if compare to other hotels with same price they still provide a simple buffet.

Strategic Location, Surrounded Delicious Street-art food and foodies, 1 min walked away to MRT.

The room and the blanket smelled cigar, meanwhile I have requested non smoking room … please fix it.

Worth the price. Clean, modern look. Not very spacious, but it is enough for me and my gf. Breakfast menu is okay. Down side is that they don't have hairdryer in the room.

Outstanding service from male Reception on duty (14 Febr'24 evening shift). He also handled my check out on 15 Febr'24. Clean room, simple interior but nice. We also have delicious breakfast here. All the best and success always to the Team of Whiz Hotel Falatehan Jakarta ❤.
