Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and great food. Actually, I already stay 3 times at Luminor Surabaya and they always provide great service. 👍.

Kamar sangat bau busuk urine, handuk dan sabun kalau tidak minta, tidak diberikan. Kamar dan ranjang kotor, bantal bau. AC gak dingin, cuma angin saja, ada tomcat di meja. Kendaraan bayar parkir. Wifi bad. Non smoking room gak ada sama sekali. Suasana gedung agak horror. Nilai plus adanya indomart di depan hotel. Hanya stay 3 jam lalu pindah hotel krn gak tahan bau kamarnya. Cukup 1x saja stay dan gak akan balik lagi. Very bad.

Hotel with the same theme color very close to the company I work for. Great place & location with affordable price, good lighting and clean room. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the in room dining experience is so so, still OK tho. Great for business trip as I can borrow iron and it has decent laundry service.

Took over half an hour for them to get the room ready. When I finally got in, I didn't even get a room with complete furniture. There was no cupboard, no mirror, no toiletries, just got one towel. I even needed to ask the janitor to clean up the floor because it was too dusty.
