10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

I love my staying at Ascott, even tho they didn't provide towels on the 1st day (I thought they won't because it's some kind of services apt tho, so it wasn't completely their mistake). Room was clean, the location is good, so easy to find foods here. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

Got upgraded to a 2-bedroom Suite. Thanks Ascott..! The suite was spacious, clean, with complete amenities.. I really enjoyed the stay.. and location wise, it was perfect! 2-minutes walk to Grand Indonesia Mall..

Check-in was possible a few hours early. The family loved the spacious, clean living room, and proximity to Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia. Every time we visit Jakarta, it's always a favorite place to stay.

Stay was terrible, first room smelt terrible they didnt clean it even though they said they would. Safety box was broken, was moved to a different room afterwards but that also had the same terrible horrific smell. Issue after issue every day - over crowded do not book.

I have stayed at Ascott several times. The only thing lacking is 1, the breakfast menu which I think is boring because the menu is always the same and the taste is ordinary. Because of this, when I stayed yesterday, I only took the room. Other than that, all aspects of the hotel at Ascott are extraordinary in my opinion. That is also what makes me always come back to Ascott.

Hotel in the city center, across from Grand Indonesia. Old buildings, looks like former apartments converted into hotels. We stayed here during Ramadan, food choices during sahur were limited. Overall quite satisfied, especially in terms of location.

I brought 3 children, 2 aged 4 and 1 aged 2, I asked for a late checkout but was rejected and forced to clear my child's position while he was taking a nap, only asking for a late checkout until 2, while there were no guests after that, the receptionist was unprofessional.
