Very comfortable hotel, all the employees are friendly, there is a smoking room here, don't forget to request if you need a smoking room, everything is clean from the floor to the toilet to the mattress, makes you feel at home, if I go to Jogja I'll just stay here, around the hotel there are lots of food and stalls , keep it up, okay?

This is my 3rd time staying at Ceria. My two previous visits were before the pandemic. There are several things that I need to review, for the sake of improving the quality of the hotel and the comfort of other guests who need an objective review. 1. Staff and security services are still good, friendly, and need to be maintained. 2. The policy of entrusting your identity or deposit of 100 thousand is quite high, considering that sometimes you need to carry your ID/SIM everywhere. 3. The early check-in policy is very helpful for guests who come at dawn. 4. The quality of the rooms has decreased in my opinion. I stayed 2 nights but couldn't get sandals. Tea, coffee, sugar are also given a little. Soap and shampoo are also only given once. TV and AC work well. Wifi too. The mattress is clean, it's just that there are holes in the sheets, for me it's not a big problem. Hopefully the hotel can correct the complaints or input above, and can maintain what has been considered good. Because this hotel is quite comfortable, and I also see that sometimes there are groups. So the quality must be maintained. Hopefully in the future the Ceria hotel can always be crowded. 🙏

Hotelnya aman parkirannya, bagus TV, kamar, wifi, wc dan lain-lain apalagi airnya ada yang panasnya nyala sangat membantu kalo mandi pagi hihi, worth it untuk hotel sekitar Malioboro dan dekat kemana-mana.

Seperti kos kosan tapi beda konsep seperti itu gambaran hotelnya, 5. Di aplikasi saya request lantai 2, diberinya lantai dasar, pas jalan lalu lalang kendaraan,. 5. Gelasnya juga kotor kecoklatan.
