Botol di kamar untuk isi dari dispenser lubangnya sangat kecil sehingga tumpah2. Complain ke staff hanya ditanggapi senyum tanpa follow up. Saya biasa nginap novotel bandara banjarmasin kalo ada tugas dari kantor, next saya ga mau lagi di novotel bandara banjarmasin.

Okay first room was too small and difficult to pray, second twin bad for 2 nights already make a reservation early but can't give a queen bad till c/out and last but not least call me for room change during having a lunch with my cousin as I already packs my luggage before hand. ☹.

Good place, many foods store around hotel easy to find. Plus free ride to airport is a 5 stars services.

With the toilet and the shower regularly flooded all over the floor, I wouldn't recommend you to spend more than five minutes enjoying your privacy in there. I would, however, recommend the security guy to play a serial ki*er role in the CSI episodes.

Clean room. Friendly front-desk personal. My small suggestion for the staff: you should tell the guest clearly that rp. 50.000 snack in the room included that big aqua water. Don't drink the water, if you don't want the snack. I drank the water only, but charged 50.000. Man, it 's way too much for a bottle of water in the rainy season in Banjarmasin.
