Comfort Room at Apartment Waterplace Surabaya (VIL)

The owner is very friendly. The place is spacious, it can make 6 or 7 people. Strategic location, close to Pakuwon Mall.

The owner is cool, fast response. spacious place, kitchen utensils are very complete. There is magicom too. there is an extra bed, the spacious main room has a private bathroom in the room and outside. Suitable for gatherings, cool swimming pools, lots of small children's playgrounds. Lack: the stove is hard to light the fire is small (maybe it's been a long time), the living room air conditioner is less cold (it seems to need to be replaced), the TV needs to be installed so that it can be turned on, many outlets need to be repaired, lights need to be checked, when it's dead 2, the water heater is not maximal function (needs to be repaired). my advice, slowly replaced and corrected the minus-minus, do not need to direct all. If the customer is satisfied, it will be recommended to all friends. The rest is okay, keep it.

The place is clean and comfortable. The bed is very spacious for both of us. Facilities are also okay. The only drawback is in the parking lot, because here there is no car park for guests to stay, so the parking is a bit far

Happy, cheap price, good owner and near the Pakuwon mall area. Just my advice so that it will be even better: many electrical plugs that don't work, bathroom showers are expected to be replaced, garbage cans are supplied.

We started to disappoint because we ordered there was no word anymore renovation the first night we were given a small apartment to two nights which was replaced which was rather nice. The person is very helpful.

Clean apartment, bathroom and bed as described. Full kitchen and water facilities. Very friendly owner. Easy check-in process. Minus: the TV was broken (there was no picture), I had complained to the owner and brought in a technician but it still couldn't be repaired. The owner has also tried to replace TV. Plugs in rooms cannot be used. Some lights are off. The cellphone signal is rather difficult. The ac remote is damaged so it is difficult to adjust the air conditioner. Overall the experience of staying here for 2 nights is quite good, one of the recommended apartments.
