Kota Baru Homestay is perfect for those who intend to backpacker holidays. Jepara taste of Bali because the homestay decoration contains Balinese nuance so it feels really good, like a vacation in Bali! Besides that, the location is very strategic in tourist areas such as Kartini Beach, Pulau Panjang, and the Turtle Museum so it is really good if you want to go anywhere on foot. Plus around the hotel many food places so it's easy to find breakfast or dinner. For VIP rooms and bathrooms the standard homestay, clean & well-maintained, the staff are mostly guys and very friendly! Oh yeah, the most memorable is the rooftop, artsy & instagramable, really good for hanging out at night with friends while drinking coffee, playing guitar & singing, but yeah if it's definitely hot during the day haha. For the whole, I was very satisfied living in this homestay. One homestay recommendation if again to Jeparađź’›

Clean bedroom. AC and TV are working. Located near Kartini Port. Also, there's rooftop to enjoy sunset. The minuses are no shower in bathroom and no breakfast.
