Overall, I'm actually satisfied staying at Augusta Garut. It's pretty good here, the rooms are spacious and air conditioning is still provided, even though the weather in Garut is cold. Only because the time to arrive in Garut was at 11 a.m. so I was only able to check in. The first impression of seeing this hotel is spooky because it's an old hotel too, especially when there are lights in the lobby and the hallway to the dimly lit rooms. The service is quite friendly, breakfast is also available. The only minus is that the TV does not use LEDs and the broadcast is still only local. Maybe a suggestion is that there should be a renovation or renewal so that the hotel, even though it is old, looks homey or aesthetic. Thank you and sorry if there are any wrong words 🙏🏽

There is no restaurant, the swimming pool is cold water. So if you want food you have to gofood.

Untuk harga weekendnya masih dibawa 400 sih ok lah, kalo mau budget dan suasana ok ya ini pilihannya. Dibilang hotelnya horor, engga kok. Aman kok. Makasih untuk pelayanan yang baik selama kita keluarga menginap.

Pelayanan baik, kamarnya bagus nyaman, toilet juga bersih, cuma untuk kolam renangnya kurang nyaman karena di satuin sama yang dari luar juga kebersihan kolam renangnya kurang baik.

1. Pesan kamar deluxe tapi berasa biasa aja dapet kasur twin bed, padahal d gambar double bed. Harga aplikasi lebih mahal d banding datang langsung. 2. Pnyedia makanan/catering payah, makanannya seadanya banget, hr ke-2 lebih parah ga kebagian makanan, d buatin nasi goreng juga hambar. Hampir ketipu anak-anak suruh bayar, untung langsung tanya resepsionis. 3. Anak saya kulitnya bentol-bentol, ga tau karena kasur/sprei nya ada binatangnya atau gimana. 4. Kamar mandi okelah, air panasnya nyala. 5. Area parkir oke, luas muat banyak mobil. 6. Suasana kata orang-orang horor, tp selama nginep Alhamdulillah sh ga ada ya. 7. Peralatan kalau bisa d ganti, jangan tunggu customer yang minta. Saran untuk catering mungkin cari vendor lain yang lebih kompeten.
