Since Covid 19 hit, our restaurant has been closed, but in our building area there is the Kurisu Restaurant which not only provides typical Japanese food, but we also provide several Indonesian menus at affordable prices. Kapok also because the message through the application. There is already a voucher, you are still asked for proof of payment. If you haven't paid to the online agent, you won't see an online agent voucher. It's clear that the voucher says payment from the online agent, except for payments at the hotel. It's so stiff, it's so complicated, it doesn't matter if it irritates you. Unprofessional staff. Then you already know twins, when there is only one towel and toothbrush.

There is no toilet tissue, the air conditioner is not cold, it's really not worth it at a price of 500 thousand more. The house keeping staff is really unfriendly!

Hotel ada di pusat kota yang cukup strategis tapi yang kurang itu pelayanan saja. Setiap hari cleaning servis tanpa di minta harus standby di setiap kamar tapi selama 7 hari kita nginap harus minta ke lobi terus bikin kurang nyaman saja.

AC paling rendah 18 ° dimana masih tetap panas di Jayapura. Lorong bau rokok dan pengap karena kurangnya ventilasi.

Lobby kotor, AC tidak dingin, selimut dan sprei kotor. Pintu. Tangga darurat terkunci padahal ada gempa yang cukup besar 😢 pokoknya kapok nginap di sana.
