The staff were extra friendly and welcoming. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend it for the location, cleanliness, super food, helpfulness of the staff members, and the facilities are very family oriented.

Check-in was very quick after Maghrib. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were complete, including a clean swimming pool, playground, and more. Very close to the beach. The kids loved it. I chose a room with breakfast, and it turned out breakfast was included for two children under 12. Awesome.

This hotel is highly recommended for families or groups looking to enjoy Ancol in comfort. It's best to visit during off-peak times (weekdays or opt for early check-in) for the best experience. If breakfast is important, try arriving early or ask for alternative hours. And for large events, be sure to book early to avoid queues.

Staycation during wedding anniversary here is really comfortable 😍

Someone left the key inside..so it was a bit difficult to get into the room..but so far everything is okay..

I've actually stayed here many times, but I never get bored, even if it's just a staycation and I bring the kids on vacation. The service is always excellent, from check-in to room service and the restaurant. Especially for the kids, there's a foam party in the kiddie pool... Mercure is always the best.

My first stay here. The room was clean. For ablution, perhaps a shower faucet would be more comfortable. The restaurant is always full, but the staff is very helpful, always looking after your table. The menu is very extensive, there are indoor and outdoor areas, and the hours are limited. Next to the restaurant, there are tons of educational games for children. The swimming pools are in various sizes. From baby to adult pools, they are all separate, there is a slide too, there is also a cafe, spacious parking. The Ancol entrance is not covered by the hotel, but it is still very worth it. Staying here is fun. I've tried to book many times but it's always full 🥹 Thank you to all the super nice staff 🫶🏻 I didn't take many photos, it's a shame 🥹

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, and the activities for families are also okay. However, in my opinion, the staff is not very friendly. From the first check-in outside, we were not greeted like the customers before us who were provided with a place to put our suitcases, helped to unload them, etc. We all had self-service when we arrived even though we had a lot of luggage. The only staff who was friendly to us was the check-in guy whose name I forgot. Even when we asked about breakfast in the room, the answer tended to be a bit curt. And when we went down to have breakfast at the front office restaurant, no one smiled at us even though we saw them smiling at customers after us. Whether it was by coincidence or not, I don't really know.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, from the swimming pool to the playground for children. You can even request a crib, which is rare in other hotels. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is quite far from Karnival Beach. It's recommended to stay there on weekends. It turns out that weekdays are quiet at night, making walking to the beach a bit scary. However, the breakfast menu is disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The menu lacks variety. It lacks flavor. It's bland. That's the only thing I really dislike about this hotel. Hopefully, it can be improved in the future.

A very pleasant hotel for a family vacation, with plenty of games for the kids and a nice pool. There's a wide selection of breakfast options. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy. However, the queues for check-in and breakfast were very long, as this hotel is a family favorite on Saturdays and Sundays.
