In fact, in general it is comfortable and delicious and the service is friendly, but unfortunately the elevator cannot be used so that when you stay on the top floor and especially if you bring small children, it is very inconvenient.

The stay experience was quite satisfying, it's just that the lift didn't work so you had to transport your own stuff to your room via stairs. The facilities in the room are quite complete.

Grand Permata in, Banjar, Kalimantan where I booked 1 room for March 24, 2022, but unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel, the atmosphere of the hotel was not very representative (both the atmosphere of the lobby with very minimal lighting, the stairs to the top floor were dirty, what is more surprising is the atmosphere of the room, the air is not fresh, the curtains are torn, the sheets and pillows are dirty with spots, there are small insects, the walls and floor carpets, furniture that is not proper, etc. We have checked several rooms from two floors that are There is. Hopefully the hotel management can pay attention to getting better and to be more selective in recommending the products offered. Due to the condition of the hotel like that. (so we decided not to stay at the hotel), we have paid via the application, so we are looking for other hotels like that. Regards. Best of luck always.
