Deli Homestay is a genre that is budget-friendly and does not have an elevator. But for a hotel of this class, outside there is no lift, in my opinion, this is a very comfortable hotel and has everything we need: air conditioning, bathroom, the building is in good condition, there is a water dispenser + coffee and morning tea for guests, there is laundry, there is a public refrigerator where we can leave food, the receptionist also sells snacks and drinks so it's okay if you want snacks/drinks you don't have to go out. The hotel is also close to several restaurants such as RM Soto Sinar Pagi and there is a seller of savory rice/curry rice cakes that are quite tasty there, a bit of a walk again Kwetiaw Ahiong (non-halal). Positionally, it's still near the main road so it's safe.

The location is strategic but unfortunately placed on a higher floor without an elevator. Small room with bad smells and noisy vibes because there was a lot of construction outside the room. Deposit 100k.

My wife and I both stayed x. The rooms are clean, the parking lot is indeed insufficient but the security guard is on standby 24 hours. The morning receptionists, gentlemen, are very professional and fast. Friendly and nice young night receptionist. With a low price our version but all overall is excellent service.
