Cheap Hotels in Riau Islands, Indonesia

Not bad for old hotel. Stay there for 2 nights. Reported the bathup drainage is need to repair and the service after 👍. To followUp with the cleaner, to wash properly the cup cause the coffee/tea stains still there that 's disgusting. The toilet door can't close/stuck, but it 's OK because only me stay in.

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Nice and clean hotel, situated at harbour bay. Easy access to street food and there are more tenants to explore.

There was no response from the front office when I complained, because the telephone in the room and the water heater boiler were not working. Is the room sold to app room rarely occupied by guests? I hesitate to book a hotel for the next time.
