Room is comfortable, no ac but fortunately this rainy season is cold already, hotel design is instagramable, didn't have the chance to taste the food but the staffs are awesomely friendly especially. To kids, stay again someday? Oh for sure! Thanks transformer center 🤩

The great hotel for kids education. We can feeding fish, rabbit, pigeon and others. Room and AC and water heater is good. Just minus menu of breakfast is few and less vary 👍

The room is clean, cool, around the view is good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a place for children's education. When you stay alone, it's quiet so the children can be satisfied feeding fish, rabbits, goats, cows, chickens, pigeons. Fun and not in a hurry to fight with other people.

First time staying here for 2 days: Great service & friendly staff. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious and clean, even though there is no AC, the weather is still cold (coincidentally, there was a lot of rain at that time). Complete hotel standard equipment. Hot water & wifi are also okay. Refill/restock amenities on the second day is also okay. The little ones are also happy (we took the breakfast + tour package). Ma'am the guide is also friendly, thanks Ms. Nilam. Beverage and merchandise prices are acceptable. Overall so far so good keep it up. Suggestion: Phone in the room doesn't work. If possible, there is a gallon refill for mineral water in the hotel hallway. Variety of food / menu at breakfast. Changing rooms + bathrooms for swimming need to be revitalized.

First, you're a little confused and don't believe in cooking this? Starting from the entrance to the hotel yard, the road is unpaved and it looks like entering a garden, the lobby is small and unconvincing, but after entering it turns out to be quite spacious, we ordered 2 days via the application without breakfast, once checked in, we were offered a breakfast package plus educational events for children (feeding, fish, cows, rabbits, picking oranges and melons (but the oranges and melons are already sold out) and the rooms are cleaned every day, when you come you get welcome ice cream, it's good for children, breakfast also nice on the riverbank accompanied by the sound of the river flowing really fast, there is a souvenir shop too. Thank you for the service. Next the entrance road can be paved/paved to give a good impression.

The first impression when entering the room at this hotel, the room is spacious, 3 single beds. It's perfect for this family. Very clean. Even though there is no air conditioning, the air around is really cold. If you go to Batu, definitely stop by this hotel again.
