Currently the hotel is in a lobby renovation situation, the facilities provided are not in accordance with what is stated in the application, especially the absence of a water heater for coffee/tea including the absence of glasses and coffee/tea so you have to ask the reception first. The toothpaste that was prepared had passed the expiration date, but after complaining, it was replaced with the expired one, after 2 complaints, the toothpaste was not replaced. Breakfast is not a buffet but room service for renovation reasons but it can only be delivered at 9 am according to the receptionist but in fact until 9.37 am it has not been sent and after arriving only fried rice and warm tea. The tv should be good with many channels but for some reason it is always buffering and suddenly turns off to the start menu maybe because the internet network is less stable. Quite disappointed with the service even though it is under renovation it should not be an excuse for good service.

Hotel nyaman, pegawai dan satpam nya ramah-ramah. Namun hotelnya sedang renovasi membuat agak kotor dan serem. View kamar juga tidak ada, jendela menghadap tembok. Namun overall sangat oke dan nyaman.

Service is ok. It's just a shame that on Eid al-Fitr, the restaurant is closed. So it's confusing to find food after prayer, the room is ok. Hot water ok. It's related to that price and the spaghetti carbonara. My children really like it. Can stay here again if you go to Surabaya. Thank You.

I really enjoyed staying 3 days at The Win Hotel because the place was clean, fragrant, and there was YouTube television. And also the service is good. Moreover, there is a cafe at the hotel. Anyway, it's really comfortable to stay at this hotel. The location is also very close to the city center. This hotel is recommended.
