Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours.

It was very close to Termini rail station, hence it represents easy access for an hub for local transportation services.
The building is very attractive.
Staff is polite.
Bedroom is kept clean, and the bathroom is functional.
It was definitely worth the price.

This building was comfortable and felt more secured compared to the annex. The main building felt more of a hotel with modern amenities. Make sure you get or print a copy of your buffet reservation as they'd ask for it. Hotel Piemonte is walkable to Roma Termini. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

We booked to be near the train station, but we were a long way out from tourist attractions. That being said, it was very clean and a good location for a quick in/out. I would not stay in this location again, but that is because of location, not the hotel.

Pluses: The room was clean. Close to the train terminal. Negatives: The room was extremely dated and some of the walls were stained. The room was tiny. There was loud construction inside the hotel starting early in the morning at 7:30am (drilling, hammering, and grinding), which went on until we left at 9:30am. There was only an accessible power outlet on one side of the bed.

This is a 2.5 star hotel. There is nothing wrong with it...you get what you pay for. It is clean and functional. Staff is pleasant. Location is convenient to both the train and subway. Complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. It is not luxurious. Neighborhood is fine; some good restaurants nearby.

The people were friendly but the place as a whole was a bit disappointing. The mattress was hard, not firm, and hollowed out like it was well past its prime. The towels and comforters had also seen better days. Staff in the morning began working around 7 am very loudly in the hallway cleaning rooms and woke us up every morning.

My worst experience so far in Europe. Rooms ugly, no comfort at all, terrible mattresses, no AC and it was hot that day. We could not sleep because of the heat. Located on a street where homeless are living. They were fighting and screaming all night

We chose this hotel because it had easy access to the train station. However, when we asked about air conditioning, the receptionist told us it wouldn’t be turned on until Monday! Our room was on the first floor, and since it was quite warm during our stay (around 25°C), we had to open the window for some breeze. Unfortunately, there was no screen on the window, and the room quickly filled with mosquitoes—we got bitten several times. So basically, you have to choose between sleeping in 25°C with humidity or getting bitten by mosquitoes!
