Enjoyed staying here, kids loved the loft room and climbing up to their beds, Kumamoto was a friendly, great place to visit!

Very spacious rooms with small kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and extra futon mattresses are also comfortable. Granola/yogurt breakfast was so good! Nice to have the washing machine in the room and laundromat down the street. Check in was very smooth and staff was very helpful. Great location, lots of nearby pay parking if the spots out front are full. Easy walk to castle, mall and lots of shops.
Only con was that the furniture and futon mattresses were a but stained but room seemed clean overall. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well kept property. Parking is an extra cost (only 4 parks on site) was cheaper to pay for parking elsewhere on the block.

Not as nice as picture. We had the ground level room, and not very clean. Clumbs and hair stuck in the gap between bed and wall. Breakfast is just yoghurt or egg sandwich, abit disappointed.
Handy to have kitchenette and washing machine though.

I booked the two bunk beds for 3 adults and 3 children. The beds are comfortable but the room is small. Some areas of the room are not very clean too. The housekeeping only comes in after 3 nights.

Just like many other reviews have mentioned that this is a very minimalist hotel. There is limited staff at this location and so if you are just staying for one night, it is probably ok. But for longer stay, you probably want to look into a more traditional full service hotel. Also, the AC in our room and just when we were about to check out, our AC unit starts dripping water and almost got our luggage wet :-(

Loved our stay at this property! Great spacious apartment hotel that was in a convenient location near a lot of the local attractions in Kumamoto. Limited parking, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby to use. Staff was very helpful in directing us to them and check-in was a breeze.

It's a good/very good place to stay. The building is new and modern, although already showing some signs of heavy use. The rooms are well equipped and the kitchenette is small but functional. The beds are comfortable. The location is easy walking distance to the tram (Gofukumachi or Kawaramachi Stations). Check in was smooth and there are staff at the front desk till 10pm. The minor drawbacks are absence of a desk (at least in the room I was in), and the relatively dark kitchenette. Overall, I would recommend the place.

The hotel looks quite new with modern design. The rooms are big with plenty of rooms to open your luggage, clean bathroom and toilet, and comfortable bed.
There are also multiple paid parking slots in front/ next to the hotel.
It’s in walkable distance to the Kumamoto castle.
Would stay here again if we come to Kumamoto.
