Very convenient to Kanazawa Station and other points of interest. Very clean with a lot of new items. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed, even spoke English!

ツインルームを一人で使用。良かった点は、広くてとても満足。価格が安い。駅から近い。悪い点は、空調口に埃が溜まっていた。一人なのにタオルや寝巻、アメニティ、カップまで4人分あり、無駄。受付の人の愛想が悪い。ネクタイが緩んでいた。

部屋は狭かったですが、とても清潔でしたユニットバスの排水も問題ありませんでした部屋に電子レンジがあったのは驚きました加湿機能付き空気清浄機もありました不足だと思った点は •綿棒があって欲しかった •お茶やコーヒーなど飲み物のサービスがない •湯沸かしポットはあるものの、カップやスプーンがない ( 頼めばあったのかもしれませんが ) 仕方なく洗面所にあった歯磨き用のカップで歯ブラシのえでかき回しました少し駅から歩きますが大通りに面しているので夜でも怖い思いはしませんでした

もう一度、泊まりたくはないかな〜朝食が無く、ホテルの周辺でも食べる店が無く、困りました。調べたら、たの地区での御ホテルには朝食付きも有るようなので、もう一度、宿泊して見ます。

場所も良かったしパーキングも近くにあり、清潔で格安で良かったです。一つだけ言うとしたらお風呂のカーテンを洗うか変えた方が良いです。言う事はそれだけです。あとは良かったです。

夜12時あたり、ベットで休んでいたら、急にガチャリと鍵があいて、知らない方が部屋に入ろうとしてこられました。えっ！怖い！と声を出したらごめんなさい間違えました！とおっしゃり出ていかれました。部屋はカードキーでしたが、カードって他の部屋と同じなんですか？ビックリしすぎてとても恐怖でした。

一番気になったのはシャワーカーテンのカビです。トイレ側からでは気づかなかったのですが、浴槽側にかなり広範囲に黒カビが発生していました。交換するレベルだと思います。あと空気清浄機もホコリだらけだったので利用をやめました。系列ホテルはこれまでも利用したことがありましたが、ここは次は使いたくないです。

禁煙と喫煙の部屋が分かれていないのか、禁煙ルームを頼んだが、喫煙の部屋で部屋がタバコ臭かった。清掃が不十分で、ベッドの下にタバコが落ちていたり、忘れ物の靴下などがあった。最大限のサービスが行き届いていないという印象。
