• Additional fees apply for hot springs access for children ages 4-6 booked in the Solaniwa Onsen Ticket room rates. The fee is JPY 1,320 per child Monday-Friday or JPY 1,430 per child on Saturday-Sunday.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests booked in rooms that include a ticket to Solaniwa Onsen must arrange their own transportation to the hot springs (located 5 km away). A scheduled power and water outage will take place on April 21, 2024, from 10 AM to 10 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevators, will not be available during this time. Check-out is 9:50 AM on this date, and breakfast service will not be available on April 22, 2024.
