Great location, near dotonburi and near many good restaurant. Close to subway station too. And the best is they have kitchen.

Very good, is in the Namba area, walking away is a zone to eat, shop, very clean, everywhere is clean, the bathroom is clean, the bed is very good, everything is good, everything is quiet, good (go to Tuesday). After check out

I used tatami Japanese room. Large space, they have more than 5 bathrooms I think and facilities very modern, spotless and complete. Love their open space also you can cook, hangout, complete utilities. Location is veyy strategic. Truly recommend

I was surprised to see the room looked so basic. Not what I expected it based on photos I saw while I was booking it. And actual check in and check out time was different from what was posted/advertised in app. Other than these, stay was ok. Had a restful 2 night stay, place was accessible to train station, great food within the area and no fuss check in and out. Generally clean facilities and helpful staff.

A very strategic place in the middle of Osaka city. Really recommended for backpackers. The bathroom is shared but cleanliness is guaranteed. Good staff, where to eat is provided and can gather with friends between countries. Around the hostel there are many places that can be visited and many places that sell food.

Very clean and spacious family room. The toilet is located at each and every level of the hostel. The bathrooms are accessible at the level 2. They provided towel, slippers, and toothbrush. Nice stay.

The hotel is located in the area of shopping, dining, convenient transportation. The room is clean and the area is fully furnished. Beautiful kitchen and dining area, full of spices and cooking utensils. Friendly employee. Appreciate Zenlabo hotel, next time will come back

The location is very strategic, close to the shopping district, clean and very detailed, in the pantry is provided various. Complete cooking tools. kl to osaka definitely want to stay here again

Clean, new, not smelly, good bathroom, good bed (both shared and private rooms), especially the location is very good. But on the day of check-out, if you leave the bag, you have to pay 500 yen per ticket.

Restroom. Very helpful service. Must ask for a toothbrush below. Change towels and trash bags instead. AC is not on but still cold. Close to shopping and culinary attractions and trains. Translucent sound and a bit noisy.
