We enjoyed so much about staying in Hotel Golden Dragon. The staff were so friendly to let us feel welcome, the location was convenient to everywhere. We also could use the free shattle bus. There was a supermarket near by for us to purchase food, fruit, etc. Thanks.

I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. Expedia please reply back to me. Thanks.

A relatively short visit, but I was very happy with this hotel. Our taxi dropped us off actually behind hotel and there was some confusion where to find the entrance. The room was nice, staff courteous and the amenities great. The area was not too far from where we wanted to go. I especially liked the complimentary fruit basket. A nice touch!

The room was absolutely freezing with no heating available.
We asked for a heater and they said all heaters were given out and they had none left leaving my wife and I shivering all night. Not a great experience.

Macau was great, 5 minute walk from the ferry. 15-20 minute walk from all the main casinos. Staff very friendly and room was made perfectly. Amenities were great and large. Only disappointment was the pool which is was under construction until further notice.

Check in was slow and confusing but it got done Not friendly or welcoming but professional service. It is China. Beds are hard but room is very large especially for Asia. Rooms are old nostalgic style which was kinda cool but in need of new carpet and furnishings. It was clean enough with good shower and clean sheets.
