I was quite disappointed with the Wi-Fi connectivity. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a stable and fast internet connection, especially since I needed to work during my stay. Unfortunately, the signal was often weak and unreliable, which made basic tasks like uploading a file quite frustrating. I hope the management takes this into serious consideration, as reliable internet is now a basic necessity for both leisure and business travelers.

one of the best hotels in Penang. staff is very friendly. clean room. this is a deluxe room type room without a balcony. breakfast has a lot of choices and is delicious and I like the lobby the most which is always fragrant. only the changing room at the pool is clogged. flooding when you want to change other clothes tip top 👍🏼

welcoming drink 🍷 very good.. Check in quite slow due to pick hours.. Room very nice but no face towel provided.. Fridge doesn't work well but it's ok i didn't use it.. overall i like this hotel and will repeat again next time..

All staff we met were friendly & helpful. The ambience really cozy & nice. The cafe with buskers was really great. Activity for the night well spent at the cafe since karaoke room fully booked. Relaxing. Very well high ceiling airy lobby. Definitely will repeat 🥰.

It was a great experience staying here. Worth every cents. Housekeeping service very fast (asked for bodywash refill and they came in within 5 minutes. Food spread tastes okay and affordable. What I really love are the ambience and surroundings. Well done!
