My cousins from Taiwan feel comfortable with the stay and the room is clean. One thing they were not satisfied was hair dryer is not provided in the room. TQ

Lift was under maintenance & my room was on the 3rd floor. The worst part was my keycard did not work on the second day, so have to climb down & up again. To their credit one of the front counter staff accompanied me to see off the problem & really they have to re-set the keycard a few times before it was resolved.

My room have a connecting door to the next room. They are smoking and my room smells like smoke whole night long. Worse experience ever. Parking is another issue. The hotel have 2 reserved parking. If you are lucky you can have it.
