Good location near jbcc komtat mall and jb sentral Train Station. But the place a bit hidden and need to walk a bit distance from the station Easy to catch a grab too. Service is kind, a lady in the receptionist with short hair upgrade our room from basement for free. The room is clean with a just so so amenities and the single bed is a bit too small for me. Hotel ambience is like a heritage house, like going to our grandma 's place. The con is that the WiFi not working during our two days stay maybe because the road service happening that blocking the signal.

Though the door lock had problems when we checked in, the staff was fast-response and quickly allocated us to a different room. We also had to extend our check out for a few hours, and the staff was very accommodating with only one call away. Small suggestions: the management may want to consider putting a refresher in the room to help with the smell — when we entered the room, the curry smells were so thick and it took a few hours to disappear.

Room is decent clean. Great location. Helpful Staff. Appliance are good. A little noisy when someone open & close the door from the other room.
