From a location to price perspective, it is definitely a win win. A two min walk to Queen Street shopping plus 4-5 mins to the sky tower. There is a Woolworth Grocery Market right next door. Many food, dining and bars in the area. The room was newly refurbished but it appeared to me that the bathroom shower area was not fully ready, as there was no rack to keep your shampoo, body wash etc. The Wifi in the room was a huge bummer . I don’t know if the problem was specific to just my room/ area or the floor I was on. The front desk staff were great…professional and helpful. Best value for the location.

On arrival the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean , comfortable bed ,bathroom spaceous . We were pleasantly surprised by the delishous Buffett breakfast and lovely staff there . Plus they helped us out with parking till we left for the Airport.

Bra läge bekvämt, bodde här 6 nätter. Vid incheckning sa de att vi ej skulle få städning av rum varje dag. När städning gjordes dag 4 efter att vi bett om det var det under all kritik.

Waiting at reception on slanted floor holding onto luggage so it doesn't roll away late at night was very frustrating & hard to even get into the door with 0 help from staff due to confusing after hours door mechanism. Nice fellow guest helped me & others get in while they waiting ahead of me in line. Then waiting for long time to get my luggage out of their "secure" (but unlocked) storage area while taxi was waiting for me. So staff doesn't seem to care much, even with multiple people behind the desk ya wait around awkwardly a lot. Guess that's why it's cheap.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had NO windows! We were only there for 1 night so it was okay. We can’t comment on breakfast since we got a to go box. Ask in advance for a room with a window and a to go breakfast box.

Lives up to its 3 stars. It’s not trying to be anything flash. Worn and office like rooms. Bed good. Breakfast a bonus. Car park super weird and tight.
