Hotel with just a few rooms but excellent service. Very competitive with the nearby accommodations. The rooms are clean and give good amount of space moving around especially when you have company. All the staffs are very warm and accommodating, we had some issues during our trip (not related to the hotel) but they're very much willing to help and assist us. The accommodation comes with free breakfast which the usual breakfast selection, plated. And they can actually send it to your room at a very minimal service charge. Location is also great, it's just a few minutes away from malls and restaurants, even some places to visit, like church and museums. Over all, me and my had a great time.

Thank you alberto bed and dine.... It was a great stay for my family 👨👦👩... it was a good sleep for a 2 nights stay... bed is comfy, room is spacious, clean and nice smell 👍❤ and they have a superb free breakfast with Swissmilk hot drink ❤ it's my new favorite place to stay when in butuan.... P. S.. Thanks also for a discounted price 👍👍

We had pleasant accommodation all in all. Clean and comfortable room. But what ticked me off was that they mentioned free wifi but when we arrived at the hotel they kept on saying that the wifi was too slow, so they won't give the password. But all in all, our stay was good 👍

The place is good, but the room we got wasn't that cold for 4 occupants. The AC is too small or just simply did not function well.

It was a nice stay but I get confused when I was about to check-out they forgot I had a P500 key deposit. I can't know if it was intentional or they just forgot it. Shouldn't they have a note on their reception?

It was important for me to have wifi at the place I'll be staying at because of my work but sadly wifi was out. A little heads-up would have been nice when they called to confirm my reservation. It is advertised after all. I wasn't supplied with towels either because they ran out. I had to make use of my used shirt as a towel. I wish they would learn to go the extra mile to please their customers.
