Great summer vacation. Highly recommended to everyone.

All staff are accommodating. Nice foods/meals , it served hot. With free delicious unlimited brewed coffee for breakfast.. The rooms are clean (We occuppied 2 rooms). We had a relaxing stay. Thank you Bagalangit Hideaway.

We all had fun and the place can hold big families who wish to go on vacation all together. We enjoyed the scenic view of the bay and the waters are clear and possesses a great aquatic ecosystem. A truly great place to enjoy and feel relaxed after a hectic workweek.

The place is perfect for families, couple or group of friends alike. If you’d like to snorkel, you can do so as the resort is only a few steps away from the beach. Staffs are nice and very accommodating. We brought our fur baby along with us as we didn’t know that pets are not allowed. We told them about it and they allowed us given that we should not roam the resort with our pet and have her stay in the bathroom. Fair enough for us. The food was delicious. Price is okay as the serving is good for 2-3 already. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

No assistance was given. Food was expensive and it took almost 40 mins. to serve our breakfast.

It was alright but was disappointed that there was no shore/sand. The food pricing is too expensive to be honest. The rooms were very clean though and the aircon is really cold :) but I was really disappointed that it is not a pet-friendly place. For that reason alone, I won't be coming back.

When I booked last Friday, I immediately contacted them through Facebook and tried to call them with the contact numbers within the Facebook Page and their website. However they were nowhere to be reached. Customer service is a big part of business. Almost everyone else in the resort was pleasant to talk to except for the security guard who treated us like we are not paying customers, just because we are young and the only one who commuted and everyone else have cars. The place was good, the rooms are small though for the price you paid. Cable TV was great, since they offer HD and has plenty of channels. The food option is too limited and they only serve food til 9pm and dining area is available til the same time, you cant have your food taken to your room. So your only allowed to ear until 9pm or else youll starve to death and wait til they open around 6am. We ordered lechon kawali which looked like liempo and was to hard to chew. It looked like the cook was trying to make it quick so they can sleep already, I ordered around 8pm. Overall, it was still nice. Just not that satisfied. We were able to take nice pictures and the pool was clean and warm.
