The location is walking distance to Ayala Park. There's a lot of restaurants and the mall. I felt safe. Quiet area. Also you can walk to the night market. The hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are wonderful! We had very early pick up for excursions x 2 days and both times they prepared a box breakfast that's really good. I appreciate that kind of thought service. Easy check in and check out. I will stay here again. They also have a nice restaurant and the food was very good!

WiFi is poor. Sometimes doesn’t work at all. They are trying to improve the WiFi. No progress yet. Great staff and service.🙏

Solo traveler on vacation. I liked the room. It was clean. The bed was firm, but not to hard. Really liked the restaurant and cafe. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.
